Any routine medical care required based on the results of the comprehensive health assessment (including hearing aids, glasses, and physical therapy), or for the care of any illness or injury, including the use of standard x-rays; 5. First aid care for conditions which require immediate assistance; 6. Medical care for minors with health care complaints (including, but not limited to colds, flu, chicken pox, etc.); 7. Mental health status or psychological evaluations and necessary mental health services, except for placement in an inpatient psychiatric facility or prescription of psychiatric medication; 8.
